It is possible to share your email campaigns on Facebook, using the share button that you can find in the report page of each campaign:

A pop-up window will open up to make you to login to your Facebook account (if you haven’t already) and to let you see the preview of the shared post.

Remember: you can change the title and description of the preview via the options icon at the top right of the screen:
